BREWING & TASTING: THE PURE MEETS THE SOUL

Tea tasting is a mindful dialogue between the senses and the soul.

1. Center Yourself

Breathe deeply, clear your mind, and prepare to be fully present.

2.  Observe the Tea

  • Dry Leaves: Note the shape, color, and texture.
  • Liquor: Pour into a white cup to assess clarity and hue.

3. Inhale the Aroma :

  • Hot Sniff: Lean close post-brewing to catch top notes (floral, fruity, roasted).
  • Warm Sniff: As it cools, detect mid-layer complexities (mineral, woody).
  • Cold Sniff: After drinking, smell the empty cup for lingering sweetness.

4. Reflect & Connect:

Close your eyes. Let the tea evoke memories or imagery. Reflect on how it aligns with your inner state.
